Your form information

When you request a planner, we save your name, email, trip preferences, any notes you provide, and your choices about personal help and cruise updates in our private contact list hosted with Sites.

We use Hostinger Mail to email your planner link and notify our team at robert@rivercruisemadesimple.com. Your name and email address are used for planner delivery; the details of your request are included in our internal notification.

We also save the source of your request, such as a Facebook campaign label, referring website name, and the first page visited. Campaign labels are held temporarily in your browser tab so they can stay with your request as you browse. We do not save the full referring URL or its search terms. Sources can be unavailable or inaccurate when links are shared or browser settings restrict them.

We use your details to fulfill your request and, if you ask, help plan your trip. Signing up for occasional tips and offers is optional and separate from receiving the planner. We record that choice with your request.

Please do not include passport numbers, payment details, or sensitive medical information in this form.

To request a correction, ask us to delete your saved request, or stop receiving optional updates, email robert@rivercruisemadesimple.com.
